3. Paper Publishing Fee

• The conference organizer will submit all the accepted and presented papers to the publisher for review and publication and complete the payment of proceeding publication fees. If those papers fails to pass the review of the publisher or retrieval agencies, the conference organizer will not refund any fees.

 

• Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international journals, and the publishing fee of journal is subject to the charge of the journal.

5. Notes

Numbers below correspond to the superscripts in the registration fee table.
1) Author (Regular): Submit a full paper to publish in the conference proceedings and present at the conference.
2) APISE / IEEE Member: Provide a valid member ID or proof.
3) Author (Student / Committee): Provide a valid student certificate issued by the department, or proof of committee membership.
4) Presenter: Submit an abstract or full paper to present at the conference, without publication.
5) Listener (Regular): Attend the conference only, without submission and publication.
6) Listener (Student): Provide a valid student certificate issued by the department.
7) Listener (One-day): Valid for one day only; does not include the Banquet & Award Ceremony on Aug. 27. An extra 300 CNY / 50 USD is required if joining the Banquet & Award Ceremony.
8) Additional Paper: 400 USD / 2,600 CNY is charged for each additional paper.
9) Additional Page: 70 USD / 500 CNY is charged for each page exceeding the paper page limit.

General Notes:
• The papers will be published online.
• Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper. Presentation of paper must be done by one of author(s) of the paper. Otherwise the paper cannot be included into the conference proceedings.
• Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the registration fee is received by the Organizers.
• The conference organizer is not responsible for any accommodation process. You can book your hotel on your own.
• Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener.

Cancellation Policy

1. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference specialist via e-mail.

2. Registration cancellations are made prior to July 21, 2027, 70% of the registration fee will be returned.

3. There are no refunds on conference registrations, social events and tours for cancellations after July 21, 2027 (including July 21, 2027).

4. Personal Reason: The organizer cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference or paper withdrawn is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”.

5. Force Majeure: The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid, include natural disasters, war, terrorist activity, epidemic, etc. and all similar situations beyond our control.

6. Conference Date, Place and Form Statement: The organizer reserves the right to change the date, place and form of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
